Areas of Practice
Caroline Driscoll is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. Her practice focuses on commercial and securities litigation along with internal investigations related to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Ms. Driscoll joined Goodwin Procter in 2007.
Professional Activities
Ms. Driscoll is a member of the Boston and American Bar Associations. She has also been involved with the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot since competing as a student in 2000. Ms. Driscoll has served as a panelist at the moot since 2002.
Publications/Presentations
Ms. Driscoll is the author of “Unforeseeable Circumstances, An Unforeseeable Future: The Relationship Between GATT Article XIX and the Agreement on Safeguards,” which appeared in Legal Issues of Economic Integration (2005).
Professional Experience
After graduating from law school, Ms. Driscoll was an associate in the litigation department of Clark, Hunt & Embry. While attending law school, she was a stagiaire with Jalenques, Lecasble et Associés in Paris. Following the completion of her LL.M., Ms. Driscoll served as a graduate intern in the Economic Development Office of U.S. Senator Edward M. Kennedy.
