Todd Weiler has served as counsel, consultant and arbitrator on over two dozen investment disputes, particularly NAFTA claims. He has taught investment arbitration and dispute settlement courses in Scotland, Canada and the United States and is currently an Adjunct Professor at the University of Western Ontario. He holds LLM degrees from the University of Ottawa and the University of Michigan and has served as the editor of five volumes on investment treaty arbitration.
