Martin Hunter - Draft legal analysis in the field of International Commercial Arbitration, serve as administrative secretary in international arbitrations, prepare the syllabus for courses and other lectures, teach tutorials at King’s College London; October -December 2008; September 2009-January 2010 Schoenherr Rechtsanwälte Attorneys at Law, Vienna, Austria– Associate - Drafted legal documentation in the context of project finance, syndicated loans and international bond issues. Written legal opinions on regulatory, conflict of laws and other aspects of financing structures. Conducted due diligence in the context of preparation of a prospectus for the listing of securities. Conducted legal research on capital market rules and legal issues arising in international bond issues, project finance and other international financing transactions; December 2008 – August 2009 Bank of Slovenia, Ljubljana, Slovenia – Legal Counsel in Banking Supervision - Drafted different measures adopted by the Bank of Slovenia directed to banks in the context of banking supervision, including licensing decisions.
