In the mergers and acquisitions area, Mr. Foulkes has handled a wide variety of international transactions, including both negotiated and unsolicited acquisitions, competitive auctions and strategic joint ventures.
In the field of capital markets, Mr. Foulkes advises clients in the public offering and private placement of shares and bonds in Europe and the U.S.
Mr. Foulkes also has been active in restructuring transactions and working with financially distressed companies.
